Our Values are based on the principle of reaching people in Word and in deeds with the life-changing message of the Gospel and bringing people into the presence of God through exceptional, anointed and sprit filled worship. We believe that having values helps us develop a unified sense of commitment in how we do ministry. These values are in no particular order and they are all important. In any partnership new and existing partners must stand in agreement with our values.
The Holy Spirit is at work in the earth today. We strive to be yielded Him, His direction and choose to lay down our agenda for His. The Holy Spirit is not spooky, weird or eccentric. He is a perfect gentleman, and whose indwelling empowers believers to live a Godly life as evidenced in Galatians 5:22-23 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law."
We just LOVE people!
We take thoughtful and responsible care of God’s money and the goods and resources He has entrusted us with. (Matthew 25:20-21)
We love to live, laugh and have fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We love each other “warts and all” and believe that community matters. We serve a covenant keeping God who has great plans for us! (Ps. 89:34; Jeremiah 29:11)
We believe The Lord deserves our best. We, through His grace reach for exceptional and uncompromised quality in all our endeavors. We take the time to plan things out and execute at a high-level through good follow up and follow through. (Colossians 3:23-24)
As a team we take time to create an environment for the Anointing of God to flow. We value our ministry team and those called to minister alongside us. We take the time to set the stage behind the scenes so people can be at their best and minister most effectively.
The Word works! It is the basis for doctrine reproof and growth. We seek to worship in spirit and in truth.
Our hearts are full of thanksgiving! We believe that kindness and gratitude are powerful in ministry and God’s Kingdom. (John 13:35; Mark 12:30-31; Prov. 15:1; Ps 100:4)
Our words matter. The Bible says we can have what we say (Mark 11:23-24) we choose to say what the Word says. We speak faith filled, God filled words!
We are KINGDOM minded. We major on the Word. We know that there is more that unites us than divides us. There is power when the body of Christ comes together! (Matthew 18:18-20; Deut 32:30) We will NOT allow or permit a spirit of division in any shape or form.
